Ms. Wilson associated with the firm in 2006. Her principle area of practice is defense litigation, with an emphasis on railroad litigation, toxic tort law, environmental litigation, and general civil law. Ms. Wilson represents major corporations, such as BNSF Railway Company, Union Pacific, Unitrin County Mutual Insurance Company, BP America Inc., BP Amoco Chemical Company, BP Products North America Inc., Atlantic Richfield Company, and LYONDELL-CITGO Refining LP.

Ms. Wilson is fluent in Spanish. Formerly, she was an Associate at Barker, Lyman, Twining, Weinberg & Ferrell, P.C., from 2003 to 2005 and an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Texas in the Post- Conviction Litigation Division from 2002 to 2003.
