Mr. Rabel started his legal career with the Firm in 1980 and returned to the Firm in 1994 with extensive experience in complex civil litigation ranging from business to environmental matters. Today, Mr. Rabel specializes in complex civil litigation, with an emphasis on toxic tort litigation and railroad law. He represents clients such as Exxon Mobil Corporation, BNSF Railway Company, and Unimin Corporation.
