April Marburger joined the Firm in 1997 as a Paralegal and continued her employment with the Firm while attending law school. She then joined the Firm as an Associate in 2002. She has experience is diverse cases such as real property boundary dispute litigation, medical malpractice defense, personal injury claims, family law, insurance defense, breach of contract claims (including unique Mariculture lease issues), environmental litigation, mass toxic tort litigation, and product liability claims.
Since joining McLeod, Alexander, Powel & Apffel, she has represented many clients, including BP America Inc., BP Amoco Chemical Company, BP Products North America Inc., LYONDELL-CITGO Refining LP, Lyondell Chemical Company, Atlantic Richfield Company, CITGO Petroleum Corporation, BNSF Railway Company, Exxon Mobil Corporation, Unimin Corporation, Zurich North America, as well as smaller companies and individuals.
