Mr. King associated with the firm in 2007. His principle area of practice is litigation, with an emphasis on personal injury defense, mass toxic tort law, general civil litigation and railroad law. Mr. King represents a variety of clients, from major companies such as BP America, Incorporated, BP Amoco Chemical Company, BP Products North America, Incorporated, BNSF Railway Company and Union Pacific to individual clients in an assortment of general civil litigation matters.
