Ms. Crabtree was an Associate with the firm from 1992 to 1994, and rejoined the firm in 2006. She enjoyed working for AT&SF Railroad for several years prior to attending law school. Her legal practice focuses on general civil litigation with an emphasis on FELA railroad litigation and toxic tort litigation involving chemical exposures. She also has extensive experience with silicosis litigation, auto accident litigation, premise liability litigation, and products liability litigation. During her legal career, she has tried a number of personal injury cases to verdict. At McLeod, Alexander, Powel, & Apffel, P.C., Ms. Crabtree represents a variety of clients, including BNSF Railway Company and BP Amoco Chemical Company.
