Mrs. Augustus associated with the firm in 2008 after a career as a paralegal in the United States Army. Her principle practice area is defense litigation with an emphasis on personal injury, toxic tort, railroad law and general civil law. She represents a variety of clients, from major companies such as BP Amoco Chemical Company, BNSF Railway Company and Galveston Central Appraisal District to individual clients. In addition, Mrs. Augustus is involved in the Firm's appellate practice and has submitted a brief to the Fourteenth Court of Appeals.
