Ms. Holland associated with the firm in 2008, following a clerkship at the Fourteenth Court of Appeals for the Honorable Leslie Yates. Her principal area of practice is in appellate law; she also practices in civil litigation with an emphasis on railroad law and mass toxic tort law. Ms. Holland represents a variety of clients, from major companies such as Exxon Mobil Corporation, BNSF Railway Company, Union Pacific Railroad, and Galveston Wharves, to individual plaintiffs in an assortment of general civil litigation matters.
